Everest Base Camp Trek
 15 nights/ 16 days

Everest Base Camp and Kala Pattar Trekking offer an enduring adventure experience of the natural beauty and great culture. The Khumbu’s Sherpas residents, below Mount Everest the great valley, believe that all things - mountains, plants and animals are sacred. This trek is characteristic approach to Gokyo & Kalapattar - the highest point on earth. Solu Khumbu is understandably well-known, not only for its closeness to the world's highest mountain but also for its Monasteries and Sherpa villages. The main goal of an Everest trek is the Everest Base Camp at an altitude of about 5,340 m but as Everest can not be seen from the Everest base camp, we ascend Kalapattar, an inconspicuous meter bump on the southern flank of Mt. Pumori (7,145 m). As this trek has no trail to make circle, hence we will have to make to and fro same route. This is the only one disadvantage of this trekking trip. The trek starts in Lukla after taking a 35-minute’s mountain flight from Kathmandu.
