Detailed ltinerary

DAY 1

Jabalpur – Pachmarhi

Arrive at Jabalpur airport/railway station and transfer to Pachmarhi. Known as the Satpura Ki Rani, Pachmarhi is the only hill station in Central India. Apart from being home to the highest point of Central India, Pachmarhi also has a lot of cave paintings in the forests, some of which have been dated to be as much as 10,000 years old. On arrival, check-in at your hotel. The remaining time is at leisure till the next morning.

DAY 2

Pachmarhi

This morning, proceed on a sightseeing tour of the place. Pachmarhi is a tourist retreat. Its elevation from the sea level and the forests of the Satpuras, with their streams and waterfalls, are picturesque and home to much wildlife.

Some of the points of interest worth seeing are Apsara Vihar, Bee Fall, Pandava Caves, Chauragarh, Dhoopgarh, and Rajat Prapat. In the evening, enjoy a panoramic view of the saucer-shaped Pachmarhi from the top of the hill known as "Priyadarshini point".

DAY 3

Pachmarhi

Enjoy this day to relax and take in the beauty and serenity of nature around you. Overnight at Pachmarhi.

DAY 4

Pachmarhi - Jabalpur

This morning drive down to Jabalpur. Jabalpur is known for its picturesque marble rock formations (Bhedaghat) across the banks of the river Narmada. Arrive at noon and check into your hotel. Stay overnight at Jabalpur.

DAY 5

Jabalpur - Sightseeing tour

Today after a leisurely breakfast, depart on a sightseeing tour around Jabalpur. Points of interest worth visiting Madan Mahal Fort, Balancing Rocks, Bargi Dam, and Rani Duragvati Museum among others.

Return to your hotel and relax in the afternoon. In the evening, go on an excursion to see the white marble rock formations at Bedhaghat and Dhuandar falls. Enjoy a boat ride over the river Narmada.

Return to your hotel. Overnight at Jabalpur.

DAY 6

Jabalpur - Kanha

This morning drive down to Kanha. Kanha National Park is one of the most beautiful and well-managed national parks in India. People throng here to see the magnificent big cat Tiger and one of the rarest deer the Hard ground Barasingha (Swamp Deer) also known as the Jewel of Kanha national park. The romance of the Kanha National Park has not reduced over time. It is still as beautiful as described by Rudyard Kipling in his famous book “The Jungle Book”. On arrival, check into your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Kanha.

DAY 7

Kanha - Safari - National Park Visit

Wake up early to the sounds of nature starting their day. Early morning go on a jeep safari in search of the wild animals. Later, visit the national park on an elephant’s back to see the mighty tiger and other wild animals in their natural habitats.

Return to hotel for breakfast. Enjoy the morning at leisure. In the afternoon, go again on a jeep safari. Return to your hotel in the evening. Overnight at Kanha.

DAY 8

Kanha - Jabalpur - Airport

This morning drive down to Jabalpur airport to board your flight back home. Tour ends.
