Morning proceed for the sightseeing tour of Delhi. Your guide will escort you through bustling New Delhi with the imposing Qutab Minar (A 70 meter high victory tower built about 800 years ago), Emperor Humayun's Tomb which had served as the base model for the other Mughal Monuments to follow-including the Taj Mahal. Visit the Houses of Parliament, and the Presidential Palace. Drive past India Gate, built to pay tribute to the 30,000 Indian soldiers, who lost their lives while fighting for the British during the First World War. Morning after breakfast drive to the Pink city and the capital of the state of Rajasthan i.e. Jaipur. The 'pink city' applies specifically to the old walled quarter of the Rajasthani capital, while in the northeast of the town, glorious palaces and temples, in an assortment of styles, spanning over many centuries, are scattered throughout the predominantly urban area. Morning, visit the fairy tale like Amber Fort, as you ascend the hill like a Maharaja on the back of an Elephant. En route photo-stop at the honey-comb designed Hawa Mahal also known as the "Palace of Wind " from where the royal ladies, who lived in seclusion, observed life on the outside. Afternoon visit to the City Palace of the Jaipur Maharaja and the amazingly accurate Jantar Mantar, the medieval stone Observatory. Late Morning, drive to Bharatpur, a bird-watcher’s paradise and the prized capital of Maharaja Suraj Mal. On arrival, check in at your heritage hotel. Evening enjoy a rickshaw ride inside Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary to see the migratory birds.
Morning have another cycle Rickshaw ride with a naturalists to see this magnificent birds paradise and the nesting ground of thousands of Siberian Cranes, Migratory Water fowls, Egrets and other birds. Later, drive to Agra en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri - the Capital city of the Mughal Emperor Akbar. This is one of the most beautiful fortresses in India and is now a UNESCO world heritage site. It is built entirely of red sandstone and the tomb of the saint Salim Chisti is built in pristine white marble and lends a stunning contrast. On arrival in Agra, check into hotel. Morning sightseeing of Kathmandu visiting the Durbar Square, the temple of the living goddess- this is an 18th-century palace in Kathmandu with beautifully carved window frames, some of them carved in the shape of peacocks while the central one is covered in gold. The palace is known as Kumari Bahal, where Kumari, the living goddess of Kathmandu, resides. The goddess appears out of the windows in the courtyards sometime and it all depends on your luck whether you can see her or not and walk through the Durbar Square of old Kathmandu with its craft shops and superbly carved wooden houses. After breakfast, visit to Durbar square of Patan, also known as Lalitpur, the city is a concentration of Buddhist monuments, Hindu temples and ancient palaces. Swyambunath, this sputa is said to be over 2500 years old and one of the world's most glorious Buddhist Chaityas. Afternoon at leisure.
