On confirmation of booking your contract is with PAN India Tours. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel/hotel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.
Deposit:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to our company. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the tour commencement date. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself. Once you submit the advance payment we would keep you updated of your travel arrangements.
Payments:
All payments are to be made in name of PAN India Tours
Overseas payments can be made using any of the following methods:-
•By Bank transfer to our bank (Bank Details)
•By Online Payment Gateway system through Visa/ Master/ Maestro/ Rupay Card.
•In case of online payment through Debit/credit card, the bank charges (2.5% extra) - would be levied over and above the paid amount.
Amendment:-
We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.
Cancellation Policies:-
If the event of any cancellation demanded by the customer the following cancellation rates apply.
•90 days prior to arrival - 50% of the advance deposited.
•Between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival - 75% of the advance deposited
•Between 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 100 % of the advance deposited
•Between 30 days to 7 day prior to arrival - 60% of the total tour amount
•7 days prior to arrival - NO REFUND
Note:
*Flight Tickets - NO REFUND
